Why I Do This Work
I’ve always been fascinated by what separates good athletes from great ones — and over the years, I realised it’s rarely just physical.
It’s the mind.
I’ve seen incredibly talented athletes fall short because they overthink, freeze under pressure, or lose trust in themselves when it matters most.
And I’ve seen what happens when they learn how to manage that pressure — they come alive again. They enjoy their sport. They execute with confidence.
